We traveled to Myrtle Beach with our large family. The condo was large enough to where we could all be in there comfortably. The beach is significantly less crowded than the resorts further south on Ocean Blvd. Pools were amazing and never crowded. Overall it was an amazing stay.

This PH condo by far was the best place we have stayed in. It had everything the 6 of us needed with a great layout. Great view, easy access to beach, indoor and outdoor pools. The couch and beds were comfortable! Really felt like home away from home! Thank you!!!! Looking forward to doing business with you in the future! We all had a very relaxing and fun time. Everyone had their space. You could all do your own thing whether sitting out at the beach or relaxing at the pools or lazy river.Location was awesome for golfing and going out to eat.Lots of places to shop and walk to. Very enjoyable vacation!

The second time we've reserved this unit, excellent experience again. Great beds and closets, plenty of room to be together or separate. Spacious balconies, very well appointed. No equipment issues, everything is maintained properly. We will reserve again!

The unit was clean and well equipped, and wifi was nice to have. However, the view and balcony were fantastic and made it worth every penny! Sadly the weather was poor during most of our stay, but even so there was usually a warm & calm spot to be found on the balcony to enjoy the ocean from.

It was a great trip. Condo was really nice fit for our family. Nice and quiet location and wasn't to crowded around the pool or beach. The indoor pool was so cold you couldn't get in it. Its the middle of July, it shouldn't be that cold. There is some maintenance issues with the condo. The towel rack in the main bath was broken off the wall, the main door knob was about to fall off. The sheets are very cheap and the bed spreads seem very old. other than that we loved our stay. We are recommending this condo to another family and they are planning on staying here very shortly.

The property is in an excellent location for dining, golf, and grocery/retail stores. The unit was as described and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property for your vacation and we will rent it again on our future stays in Myrtle Beach.

This condo was beautiful and perfect for our Christmas vacation. We had 5 adults and 3 children, plenty of room for all! The view was amazing! The indoor pool and hot tub were great for the one bed weather day. I loved everything about this building and this condo. We are planning on coming back here whenever we have the time.

Excellent trip. We got there 3 hours before we could check-in. Called Luxury Beach Rentals and Tiffany was able to let us right in. This was probably because it was off season, but needless to say it was greatly appreciated.

We were very pleased with our most recent stay in PH 1 at the South Wind. We usually stay in North Myrtle but decided to try something different this year. We are REALLY glad we did. We always try to book a higher room so we don’t hear noise above and will often try to find a PH. However not all penthouse units are created equal! The South Wind was the nicest place we’ve stayed and our room was fantastic. The building was clean and quiet, the beach was not overly crowded and the drive to Broadway at the Beach (where our 20-something year old kids wanted to go) was only about ten minutes away. It was a perfect family vacation

We arrived to a beautiful spacious penthouse condo. It was very clean and had every appliance you would have in your own home. Plenty of pots and pans,dishes,glasses and silverware. I spoke with a woman from the rental company when we first arrived. She was very nice and very helpful. The property was very well located to all Myrtle Beach has to offer. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo for your next SC.vacation.

My family and I stayed for a long weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. We loved the views from the balcony. The master bedroom had its own sliding door to the balcony and it was so peaceful to hear the waves in the morning. We utilized the indoor pool and hot tub daily. The temperature was perfect. We definitely will stay here next vacation

My family along with our friend's family had a great time. Our group consisted of 2 married couples and 2 teenage young men (13 & 14). The condo was spacious enough to have our privacy. Their were plenty of dishes & seating. The view was spectacular morning, noon and night. The location was very central to the Broadway, 2 Tanger outlets, the Original Calabash, multiple mini golf locations, etc.
